Where do I apply my discount codes?
After continuing to Checkout, you can apply your discount codes either A) in the order summary to the right of the address or B) after entering in your address right before putting in your payment information
How do I get my return documents?
If you need to return something, simply send us an email to koelner@lernspielverlag.com. We will send you all the needed documents.
We're a facility and cannot pay via the displayed payment options, how do we contiue?
Simply send us an email with your order to: koelner@lernspielverlag.com. We're going to include the invoice in the package.

Why are my sets of cards in German?
Our sets of cards are printed double sided and bilingual: the front is in German, the back is in English. During printing, the cover card can sometimes happen to be printed with German being on the front side – the other side will always be in English! 🧡
