Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods were delivered separately;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial delivery or last piece, if you ordered goods delivered in multiple shipments or parts;

  • of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, or a phone call). Please contact us at:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

If you retain some items and only partially cancel your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, or may lapse in the case of, contracts:

  • for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • for the supply of newspapers or magazines, except for subscription contracts;

  • for the delivery of games, books, copy templates, audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs, DVDs) or software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken by the user.
